I honestly don’t know how I used to limit myself to 300-500 calories per day, and divide 10 grapes into my recess and lunch at school, then to come home and have 1 piece of bread with some tomato soup packet. I wish I had that restraint nowadays. I honestly thought after 7 years this shit would stop happening to me and I would stop thinking like this.
I kind of feel like I want to start a food diary again but not too sure how well that will play out for me.
